Banana Bread
1 loaf
Ingredients
2 ½ dl whole wheat flour
2 ½ dl white flour
1 T baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ dl oil
1 dl raw sugar
3 dl mashed very ripe bananas
3 tbsp soymilk
1 dl chopped nuts (optional)
1 dl dried cranberries
Instructions
Oil a bread pan well. Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Mix the liquids together separately. Then mix all quickly together and pour into oiled pan. Bake at 175° C for 60 -70 minutes. Cool on a rack before slicing.
