Whole meal bread
Makes 2 loaves
Ingredients
1 liter lukewarm water
50 grams yeast
1 Tablespoons salt
600 grams whole meal flour
400 grams white flour
3 – 6 Tablespoons of sesame/ sunflower/ pumpkin seeds
Instructions
Dissolve the yeast and salt in the water. Add the rest and mix into a porridge. The dough should become kind of like chewing gum! Cover and let rest for 30-45 minutes in a warm place. With a big spoon put it into greased tins. Put seeds on top. Punch the bread with a fork 7 – 8 times before putting them into a cold oven and bake them for 1 – 1 ½ hours at 200-220°C.
